I have been a massage therapist for over 14 years.

I have a Mixed martial arts back round as an amateur fighter that has given me a unique understanding of the human body and pain.

I have worked on everybody ranging from high level athletes to people just looking to relax or receive preventative care.

I have worked in spas, clinical settings, and chiropractor’s offices where I have used my many years in massage and training to build experience and wisdom that I use during each one of my sessions to alleviate pains due to injury, stress and work-related tension.

It brings me great joy to use the skills I have acquired to insure each person leaves my table feeling like they were listened to and received exactly what they wanted.
