I was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. Sports were always been a part of my life. In high school I knew I wanted to do something in the sports medicine world. I got my bachelors degree in Exercise Science and then went on to a sports/medical massage school in NM.
I had the opportunity to work at a wellness facility alongside multiple health professionals and also a CrossFit gym.
I then moved to San Diego to work with Olympic athletes at the Olympic Training Center and a also a local physical therapy clinic. Since becoming a massage therapist I have worked alongside chiropractors, physical therapists, athletic trainers, pelvic floor specialists, and other health professionals.
I am happy to now be working with the other massage therapists at VMM and I look forward to helping you through any injury, aches or pains, or your maintenance massage. Anything that gets you feeling better and living a healthier life!
