Immediate opening for Passionate Licensed Massage TherapistWe are 5 Star rated practice, looking for another outstanding massage therapist to join our team.
While we are ALWAYS looking for more team members in Chesapeake, we are opening a second location in Virginia Beach on First Colonial and are looking to staff it with the best team In Virginia Beach!
This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate, you will be trained and apprenticed in Medical Massage, successful business systems and client/patient communication skills.
The Ideal candidate will exude the following traits - Positive attitude - Is excited and has a HUGE passion for massage therapy - Able to focus on what needs to be accomplished - Wanting an opportunity to learn - Have an ability to market yourself and the practice - Able to teach clients/patients the “WHY” of massage therapy - Has a genuine concern for our clients/patients’ health and well-being -
Must be able to communicate and show the value of massage, wellness and corrective care - Be able to comfortably ask for referrals
Our first office is a well-established Chesapeake, VA practice that specializes in medical massage. With the expansion to Virginia Beach, we intend to keep the same Team mentality that has served the Chesapeake team for over 9 years.
After a brief training period, you will be expected to take over treatment of existing clients/patients, as well as encourage referrals, keeping clients/patients engaged, educated, excited and on their care plans is a must.

Compensation is per hands on hour ($23-32.5 dependent on training and experience), not including add on bonuses, and hourly pay during training. Benefits include AFLAC disability, and a flexible schedule.
