To ensure health and wellness with our team and clients, we have a strict 24 hour cancelation policy. If you are unable to make your appointment for ANY reason, please call or go online to cancel your appointment.
We work very hard to keep our therapists and clients/patients healthy.
If you are feeling unwell please cancel your appointment within 24 hours. If you do not give us 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment, or show for your appointment, and are found to be ill, you will be charged the full price of your appointment.
If you have been vaccinated within 24 hours of your appointment, we will be required to turn you away due to the possibility of causing you to become severely ill. With MRNA injections, we are required to wait 48 hours minimum.
