I graduated from Centura in Chesapeake with knowledge of many different modalities. Since, I have continued my education and am certified in Medical Massage.

I am currently in the Army Reserve working in the medical field as a nutrition specialist and am very passionate about helping our veterans. But no matter who you are, my focus is to use my training to help your body repair and heal to the best of our joint abilities.

Rather than just helping people relax with a massage, it interests me more to find the root of their problems and work to help resolve it. No one should have to live in constant pain and I'm here to help change that.
